- Minimum 8+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proven track record with elderly Korean clients preferred
- Home Care Aide State Certification
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Clean fingerprint/background check
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Korean culture and customs
- Ability to provide culturally appropriate care
- Mature, professional demeanor with life experience
